What are three things you learned about color theory and web design yesterday? Go in to detail. I learned: 1. There are several different kinds of color blind, and it's actually very rare to be completely blind to color. Some people can't see the difference between certain colors, for example, red and green. If you have a dark red ball and a lime green ball, a person who is color blind could tell the difference. However, if you had a dark red and dark green ball, the colors would be hard to tell apart. 2. You can have several different types of color schemes, like analogous, monologuos, and tetrad just to name a few 3. If you have a blue background, you should never put red text because it gives the reader illusions and makes it harder to read.

What effect can a color scheme have on a website? How can it make a website better? How can it make a website worse? Explain why color is important.

Color is important because it can make a website more fun and catch the users eye, where as a blank page would be boring. A color scheme can make a website seem anywhere from fun to serious. However, if a color scheme does't go with the theme of a website or the colors look just plain awful together, it could make your website worse.

What was your takeaway from this Travel Site? What did you learn that you didn't know before? How will the knowledge of how we built this site help you improve your future websites?

I think the most important thing I learned was how to create roll over images. I think that knowing how to create roll over images will impact my new websites in a great way.

What do you know about Photoshop? Have you used it before? What can it do? Are you an expert? A newbie? Tell me about your background and what you already know.

When it comes to Photoshop, I know almost nothing. If putting edits on an Instagram picture counts, then that's about it. I do know that most add campaigns and models and actresses use Photoshop in their pictures.

Think about how a user (me or anyone else using your site) might function and interact with your site. What are some important functional features to make your website easy to work with? How can you make it easier for the user and not frustrating? Explain why this is so important.

Some important functional features to make my website easy to work with are definitely the navigation bar and index page. I think the navigation bar is a pretty standard need because it helps the user get to where they need to be on the website easily. The index page keeps the website more organized.

Tell me about your Sweetheart weekend. If you didn't go to Sweetheart, what did you do? I want details!

I went to Sweetheart with a guy named Jay Goodwin. I wore a form fitting black dress with lace details and short sleeves. I wore all red accessories (including the shoes. We ate at Sunset Grill and the pictures were at Zack Willis' house. The after party was at Ryan Jones' house.
